Commands
- /lunacolor

Permissions:
- lunacolor.permission.use – Allows using the command.
- lunacolor.permission.hex – Allows setting HEX color codes.
Placeholders (Requires PlaceholderAPI):
- %lunacolor_color% – Returns the player's current color.
- %lunacolor_check% - yes no color
