This plugin adds customizable item pedestals to vanilla minecraft, no resourcepack needed!
To make a pedestal, simply place any 2 blocks you think would go well together on top of each other, then right click the bottom one with an item frame that has been named "Pedestal" in an anvil.
Since you can use any 2 blocks, there are in theory over a million different item pedestal variations!
