Description

This Create addon adds 1 new block and 5 new items to expand the functionality of your backtanks.

Backtank Upgrade Station.

When redstone powered with non-upgraded backtank on top: equips backtank with upgrades from nearby connected depots.
When redstone powered with upgraded backtank on top: strips backtank upgrades onto nearby connected depots.

Crafting recipe (shaped crafting): Smithing Table above. Depot below.

Hover Upgrade.

+3 Hover Distance. (Max: 12).

Hover: Fly and stay grounded as long as you can reach nearby blocks. Works with Sable sub-levels.

Crafting recipe (shapeless crafting): Andesite Alloy + Extendo-Grip.

Pressurized Air Regeneration Upgrade.

+2 Pressurized air per second. (Max: 128).

Doesn't have a crafting recipe

Elytra Upgrade.

+Elytra Flight. Doesn't stack.

Crafting recipe (shapeless crafting): Andesite Alloy + Elytra

Speed Upgrade

+5% Move Speed. (Max: 320%)

Crafting recipe (shapeless crafting): Andesite Alloy + 3 Sugar.

Defence Upgrade

+Defence against most damage sources. Knockback Multiplier: 1.2 (Max: 16). Knockback Radius: 5 (Max: 80). Consumes 60 Pressurized Air on Use

Defence: Wearer blocks incoming damage and releases a wind burst that knockbacks entities away.

Crafting recipe (shapeless crafting): Andesite Alloy + Breeze Rod + Shield + Nozzle.

Fluid Tank Upgrade

Stores 1000mB of any fluid. Doesn't stack

Crafting recipe (shapeless crafting): Copper Sheet + Bucket.

Auto Drink Upgrade

Automatically consumes potion fluids from Fluid Tank Upgrades on the equipped Backtank to apply their effect on the owner. Consumes 250mB on apply. Doesn't stack

Crafting recipe (shapeless crafting): Copper Sheet + Copper Diving Helmet.

Why so few upgrades?

Upgrades are designed to help you with Create and Aeronautics related stuff such as making building and maintaining your contraptions more comfortable. Upgrades like simple stat bonuses are not considered (Maybe I will create a separate addon that adds simple stat bonuses as upgrades). Honestly I just wanted to have something like Hover Upgrade to solve a problem of building on an airborne and angled sub-level.

Mod Compatibilities

• Hover Upgrade works with Sable sub-levels.
• Backtank Upgrade Station should accept all depots (tested with Create: Encased depots).
• Backtank Upgrade Station should be able to upgrade all backtanks (tested with Create: Jetpacks).
• Auto Drink Upgrade should apply all possible potion effects and all fluids that have Builder's Tea tag
