Janus is the stock BungeeCord portal plugin. It is a simple Bukkit plugin that enables you to turn existing nether portals into cross server gates.
Instructions
Whilst op, simply place a sign anywhere on a nether portal with the following content
Now whenever you enter this gate, it will instead take you to the specified server.
Note: Due to its simplicity, Janus will not work with creative mode.
