Modifyworld is a powerful world control plugin that lets you define what players can and can't do. You can use this to completely deny players from even using the chat! Or you can restrict certain blocks, like tnt and lava, etc. The original plugin was abandoned by its author, the source code was left behind and i simply made it work on the latest version of the game.
