You can make the texture of the totem in the game from 4 different creepers:

Determine the creeper texture you want and download your resource pack according to the title written under the version number in the version tab. (If you hover your cursor over the version number, a subheading will appear; alternatively, you can click directly on the version number and view its description to see what type of totem it is.)
