Rethinking Fire Overlay is a clean, modern, and technically optimized resource pack designed specifically for players who are tired of the default, blinding fire overlay that blocks the entire screen during PvP battles or Nether exploration.
Unlike standard "low fire" packs that completely break the appearance of fire blocks on the ground by introducing ugly pixelated artifacts, missing faces, or strange black silhouettes, this pack uses advanced custom JSON models to completely decouple the first-person screen overlay from the actual blocks.
As a result, your in-game view remains perfectly clean with a soft, semi-transparent, and beautifully blurred fire effect, while all fire and soul fire blocks placed on the ground keep their original, solid, vanilla appearance. It delivers the ultimate competitive visibility boost without sacrificing the game's aesthetic, running smoothly on a 100% clean vanilla client with zero heavy performance mods required!
