Rogues Ability Plugin
A level-based Paper plugin that adds four powerful player abilities, progression, trusted allies, and optional deathbans.
Players start at level 0 and unlock abilities as they progress through kills or Ability Level items.

Abilities
- Dash - Launch forward and upward.
- ThunderStrike - Critical hits deal bonus true damage for a short time.
- Heal - Gain strong regeneration and share it with trusted nearby players.
- Shadow - Gain Strength, Speed, Invisibility, and hidden armor visuals.
Commands
/dash/thunder/heal/shadow/trust <player>/untrust <player>
