A Minecraft Spigot/Paper plugin that adds a powerful Blue Wither Skull OSC fishing rod inspired by JamatoP of Unstable SMP.

Command: /givewosc - Gives the Blue Wither Skull OSC fishing rod (OP or wosc.give permission required)
- 100 Blue Wither Skulls spawn in a 10-block radius circle 50 blocks above the player
- Skulls fly toward your target block at high speed
- Each skull deals end crystal damage (6.0 explosion power)
- Skulls break through all blocks including obsidian and crying obsidian
- Works underwater and in lava
- One-time use fishing rod

Usage
- Run /givewosc to receive the fishing rod
- Right-click or reel (right-click while fishing) to activate
- Look at a block to target where the skulls should fly
- 100 blue wither skulls will spawn and fly toward your target
