This plugin impliments custom cooldowns for set items in the config.yml file. Free Minecraft Java mod for 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.2.

CustomCooldowns is a lightweight semi-unique minecraft plugin which allows you to set a cooldown to ANY item in the game

Go to config.yml and add in a item alongside if its enabled and the cooldown-time

Example of cooldowns

mace: # has to be lowercase
  enabled: false # true or false
  cooldown-time: 30 # in seconds
