Pigly's UHC Heads
This plugin is just for lives and golden heads and is not extendable. For a more customizable and extendable heads plugin, check out my main heads plugin, Pigly's Player Head Drops.
The server owner can set the number of lives each player gets. Each time a player dies, they'll drop their head, which other players can craft golden heads with.
The cooldown for golden heads can be set in the config.
