ChatMangement is a plugin that helps out your staff members control the server chat.

Installation:
- Stop your server
- Go into your plugins folder
- Place the ChatMangement.jar in there
- Install Vault (REQUIRED)
- Start your server
If you want to edit the config:
- Go into the config
- Edit what's needed
- In-game do /chat reload
Commands:
- /Chat
- /Chat Reload
- /ChatMute
- /ClearChat
- /HelpOp
Permissions:
- chat.admin - Ability to use /chat and /chat reload
- chat.clearchat - Ability to use /clearchat
- chat.mutechat - Ability to use /chatmute
- chat.mutechat.bypass - Ability to talk while chat is muted
- chat.spam - Ability to bypass the anti spam
- chat.bypassblacklist - Ability to bypass the chat filter
- chat.color - Talk in color in chat
- chat.helpop - Ability to use the /helpop command
- chat.receive - Receive /helpop messages
