This plugin makes it so every time a player dies he gets banned. It scales, and it goes from 8 hours to 24, then 48, then a week and then permanently. it also drops the player's head in the last death.

Timed deathban is a free Minecraft Java mod. Compatible with Minecraft 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.2, 1.21.3 and newer. Downloaded 15 times (via Modrinth). Download it and open it directly in the game.
