What is Shorte.st?
What is Shortest4MC?
Using Shortest4MC, we can harness the power of Shorte.st. Whenever a link is put in chat, it is automatically converted to a shorte.st link, using your API token(set in the config). Whenever someone clicks that link, it will open up a Shorte.st ad, and give you(Server owner) some money!

How do I set it up?

1. Drag the Shortest.jar into the "plugins" folder in your server.
2. Restart your server
3. Create an account on Shorte.st
4. Go to https://shorte.st/tools, and copy your API token.
5. Edit the config.yml to your liking, and save it.
6. Restart your server.
7. Post a link in chat.

How does it Work?
When someone posts a link in chat, the plugin will submit an API request to the Shorte.st website. It will use your token(from config) in the request, and it will return a shortened link, tied to your account, which will link to the originally posted link.

Permission
shortest.bypass - Anyone with this permission will not have their links shortened.

Config
api_token : This is your API token from the Shorte.st site. It will allow the links to be tied to your account, and give you money!
support_developer: When true, the plugin has a 1 in 10 chance of using my personal API token for the link, instead of yours. This helps me out just a bit.
