Throwable Bricks/Guns

Hello! This is my first plugin I've made.
This is a Gun/Throwable brick plugin.
All the "guns" are Hoes.

Needed: 41 <-- Needed to shoot (put '0' to turn off)
Throw: 266<-- Item Thrown
Damage: 4<-- Damage in hearts
Effect: Blindness<-- PotionEffect
Duration: 5<-- Duration of effect
Amp: 1<-- Amplified amount of effect
Iron:
Needed: 42
Throw: 265
Damage: 4
Effect: Blindness
Duration: 5
Amp: 1
Stone:
Needed: 80
Throw: 79
Damage: 4
Effect: Blindness
Duration: 5

Throw: 264

WorldGuard:
PVP: true <-- Will guns hurt players in none pvp areas?


Permissions:
gun.use : Use guns
brick.throw : Throw Bricks
(you need both to throw bricks)
Commands:
"/throwrestart" : Restarts the Plugin.
