DisableDrops
DisableDrops is a simple and light-weight Bukkit plugin that allows server owners to FULLY disable the ability of dropping items.
I recommend this plugin to be used on a Creative server or a Hub server. You can use this however you would like to. This plugin takes over the whole server. I might add multi-world support later on but this is the first version to see how it goes.
