SmartCart is a simple minecart plugin for 1.8, with spawn blocks, elevators, intersections, destroy blocks, slow blocks, control signs, and endpoint pathing. No powered rails required!
This will work as a very basic replacement for MinecartMania or MinecartRevolution, both of which have been abandoned.
