Command:
- /givelotto <player> <amount>
Permission:
- lotto.give
- Open Lotto.sk with your favorite text-editor
- find the line "minValue" and change the number to the minimum amount you'd like people to be able to receive
- Find the line "maxValue" and change the number to the maximum amount you'd like people to be able to recieve
