What does this plugin do?
This plugin slows transfer down the
minecart with hopper and makes it work like a normal hopper instead of going so fast

Only change speed minecart hopper, if you like change speed hopper block use spigont.yml config for change
The options config is: hopper-transfer, hopper-check
PAPERMC ADMINS: If you active disable-move-event. The plugin not working
Simply the hopper with minecart move faster objects
