Permission for PlayerToolsGUI:
- pt.Manager.* - Gives access to everything with /manager
- pt.Manager - Allows access to opening the manager
- pt.Manager.GM - Allows usage of the Creative and Survival changing
- pt.Manager.Worldtp - Allows teleportation to different worlds
- pt.Manager.kit.* - Allows access to all kits
- pt.Manager.kit1 - Allows access to kit 1
- pt.Manager.kit2 - Allows access to kit 2
- pt.Manager.kit3 - Allows access to kit 3
