Features:
- Automatically respawn players.
- Delay automatic respawns by a configurable amount.
- Disable worlds that you don't want auto-respawns in.
- Respawn players at the location that they died (or a radius near their death location).
- Execute commands whenever a player respawns.
- Fixes glitched players when they join (e.g. NaN or Infinite health).
