When ever a player places a Heavy pressure plate (Gold Plate) down, it will create a region claim with the player's name and then add the uuid of the player to the region. You can change the size of the claim in the config but it will always remaim a square.. (for now)

*NOTE* - OP's can build/break in claimed areas
Commands:
/removeclaim - Permission: PreClaim.remove. Removes your claim.
/addmember - PreClaim.addmember. Adds a member to your claim. (Currently only adds online players)
/removemember - PreClaim.removemember. Removes a member from your claim. (Currently only removes online players)
Dependencies:
WorldGaurd.
WorldEdit.
