Description:
This make's a cooldown for ender pearl. Easy to configurable.
This work's 1.7+ - 1.8+
And this work's Bukkit - Spigot

Permissions:
enderpearl.cooldown:
description: cooldown applies to using enderpearls

Commands:
/epc reload: To reload the config file.
permission: enderpearl.admin

Needs:
You need the plugin vault and a economy plugin.

Config:
For write with a color you need to write:
В§[color]
Dont write:
§[color]
No []
Because this don't have color and § will be ?.
And you can put the price for throw the ender pearl.

The config will regenerate than you start the server.

Installing:
Make sure you stop the server.
Put the EnderPearlCoolDown.jar in folder Plugins/
Start and stop the server, and this will generate the config file.
