General information
This plugin adds new mechanics to players and mobs in the caves. Also fills caves with more structures.
Plugin features:
New Mobs
VDC adds several new mobs that adds depth to both exploration and difficulty. Here is a list of the mobs:
Cave boss
In addition to custom mobs, this plugin also adds a boss to make caves even more challenging.
The Darkness
When mining in complete darkness invisible mobs spawns and hunts you down, so you better bring a torch or two!
Heat
When mining at y < 30 and not carrying refreshments such as water you will overheat and get slowed by the heat! Also, there are customizable heat messages in the config.
Custom Structures
To take nether exploration to the next level this plugin adds various structures like Boulders, spikes, treasure chests and traps
New Sounds
Want a scary experience while exploring in caves? This plugin also adds ambient sounds and crying bats.

- Smoke demon
- Alpha spider
