Welcome everyone!
This is a 1.8 (or higher) custom head database. It consists of public heads made by the minecraft community to be used as a decoration in Minecraft. The worlddownload and schematic contain over 850+ quality heads.
You can find the same heads in the main collection on the website below. (important: this download is heavy to load ingame, once loaded you can play as normal)
These heads are all safe since it uses the skin linked to minecraft.net through NBT tags. Therefore skinchanging is not a problem anymore.
I want to thank every person who send me their head for the database. I also like to thank /r/minecraftheads on reddit. I also like to thank myself for making 60 heads, converting over 30 heads to 1.8 and for editing over 40 heads. And ofcourse Fancypantsy, thank you for making the website and online database.

Why don't you use /give @p minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"name"}?
Because the head you create with this command will change when the player changes his/her skin.
How do I use this?
You can use this database by downloading the worlddownload or schematic. When you use the schematic with MCedit make sure you have the latest version of MCedit to copy the commands. When using the browser version of the database you will need to paste any command in a commandblock to use it. Note that this only works in vanilla minecraft for now.
