Have you ever wanted a plugin that can stop rain? How many times have you searched all spigot and bukkit resources in order to fine one which actually works?
No Rain Reloaded is here to satisfy your wishes. Coded with quality as my premium plugins, NRR will stop the rain in your server without any console error, bugs, or whatever scam other plugins have.
Me myself, when was a server owner, tried more than a dozen of Anti Rain plugins, and almost all of them were outdated, didnt work or had tons of bugs!

When you start the plugin, for default, it will disable rain in all worlds. Then you can change this through commands and the plugin wont change that again. If you create a new world, rain will be disabled there too, so to revert it just type: /worldrain <world> on.

Always day and night system will be enabled but all worlds will be setted to false for both. You will be able to manage both systems with commands in an easy and efficient way. Many stuff can be changed in the config.yml file and if you dont want to use both of them you can disable them in that file!

Commands:

• /norainreloaded Show's you the help page!
  
• /nrr Show's you the help page!
• /nrr reload Reload the config.yml file!
• /nrr info Get some information about the plugin!
• /worldrain <world> [on|off] Enable or disable rain in a world. On means you are enabling and off means you are disabling.
• /wr <world> Check if rain is enabled or disabled in a world.
• /alwaysday <world|all> [on|off] Set in a world or all worlds always day system on or off.
  
• /alwaysnight <world|all> [on|off] Set in a world or all worlds always night system on or off.
  
• /worldstats <world> Check the stats of a world and see if it has rain, always day and always night enabled/disabled.
• /nr Check if rain is enabled or disabled in the world you are in.
• /nr <world> Check if rain is enabled or disabled in a world.

Permissions:

• norainreloaded.* ; Acces to all NoRainReloaded commands.
• norainreloaded.norain.* ; Acces to /norain, /worldstats and /worldrain
  
• norainreloaded.norain ; Acces to /norain, /worldstats and /worldrain. Default: OP's can use it.
• norainreloaded.alwaysday.* ; Acces to /alwaysday. Default: OP's can use it.
• norainreloaded.alwaysday; Acces to /alwaysday. Default: OP's can use it.
  
• norainreloaded.alwaysnight.* ; Acces to /alwaysnight. Default: OP's can use it.
  
• norainreloaded.alwaysnight; Acces to /alwaysnight. Default: OP's can use it.
  
• norainreloaded.reload ; Acces to /nrr reload command. Default: OP's can use it.
• norainreloaded.update ; Acces to /nrr update command. Default: OP's can use it.

• In all commands default its setted for OP so you dont necessary need to use a permissions plugin
