UrlToBlock
Turn any image into a placeable block. Free Minecraft Java mod for 1.11.

Create a custom block from any image on the internet with a single command. These custom blocks can be used for building and the plugin automatically creates a resource pack that is downloaded to any user that connects to your server. Blocks do not replace any existing block in the game. Up to 1500 different blocks can be created.
Installation:
1. Put the jar in the plugins folder.
2. Reboot your server. Do not use /reload
Command Usage:
Permission:
urltoblock.use
Configuration:
#Tells you when there is a new update for my plugin
enable-update-checker: true
#If true no particle effects occur when breaking a custom block.
noParticles: true
#If you have an existing server resource pack that should get applied to the client, put the url to the zip file here.
#If you do not have one, leave it as "NONE"
existing-resource-pack: "NONE"
Do not delete UUID.key - This is the key that tells our servers what blocks you have added. If you delete it all your blocks will be gone.
Common Errors:
Failure: Could not read texture. - This is caused when the given url the user provided does not exist.
Failure: The image file appears to be invalid. - This is caused by when the given image does not appear to be a valid .png or .jpg image.
Failure: Maximum number of block reached. - This is caused when you reach the max amount of blocks of 1559.
