This plugin allows you hide npc nickname, and player nickname

/hide - Hide/show your nickname for all players ( nickhider.self)
/hide [player] -Hide/show this player’s nickname ( nickhider.other)
Hiding works until the next rejoin player

Hide all mode

Disabling nicknames for all players logged on to the server
