This datapack limits how riptide works. When the player is outside of water and it is raining, the riptide enchantment for the trident will be disabled. This can be undone by entering water, waiting for the rain/thunder to stop or by changing dimension (Not sure if this works or not for other dimensions where it can rain. Only tested in overworld.)
The datapack does this by temporarly removing the riptide enchantment when the conditions are fulfilled (out of water and raining/thundering). It then gives the enchantment back when the conditions are unfullfilled (in water or clear weather (keep in mind you still won't be able to use riptide in clear weather unless you're in water)).
This datapack are for people that prefer only using riptide in the oceans or those who think it is too OP to be able to fling themselves around during rain.
