Description

This datapack lets you duplicate small flowers and other plants with Bone Meal in a Crafting Table, fixes a bug where Jungle Saplings have the incorrect drop rate, allows Dead Bushes to be renewable via smelting, and has Tall Grass and Large Ferns drop themselves when sheared!

This is designed to work with my Better Non-Renewables Collection!

Affected Blocks/Items

• All Small Flowers (except Golden Dandelion, Torchflower, and Wither Rose)
• Spore Blossom
• Sugarcane
• Cactus
• Cactus Flower
• Vines
• Nether Wart
• Chorus Flower
• Small Dripleaf
• Jungle Sapling
• Dead Bush
• Tall Grass
• Large Fern

Recipes Added

I plan to update this datapack in the future to make Bone Meal work on the included plants outside of crafting. Dead Bushes are not duplicated via Bone Meal, but instead by smelting existing bush-adjacent plants.

Loot Tables Altered

Jungle Leaves now drop their saplings at the same rate as every other leaf block (5% of the time instead of 2.5%)

IMPORTANT

This datapack makes Spore Blossoms, Dead Bushes, Tall Grass (item), and Large Ferns (item) renewable when they are not normally!

Tall Grass and Large Ferns are renewable in block form by bone mealing Short Grass and Ferns respectively, but the items themselves are normally only able to be acquired via generated loot in chests.

I haven't figured out a good way to make modular datapacks, so don't be afraid to go into the file and delete any .json files in the [loot_table] or [recipe] folders you don't want!
