/tbasreload - (reloads config file).
/tbas - (shows author info).
Permissions:
tbas.reload - Gives permission to reload the plugin
TOS:
You may NOT decompile the plugin.
You may NOT redistribute somewhere else.
You may customize the messages in the config.
