PvPGlow is a plugin that utilizes the new 1.9 glowing feature in a combat-tag like system. When a player is hit by another player, their name will change colour and their body will glow that same colour, all for a configurable amount of time and whichever supported colour you want.

/pvpglow - Prints the PvPGlow help dialogue
/pvpglow reload - Reloads the PvPGlow config file

pvpglow.bypass - You will not get a glow / change your name's colour when you are hit in PvP. Defaults to OP.
pvpglow.reload - Permission to reload the PvPGlow config file. Defaults to OP.

The available colours for you to choose from are limited by the default Minecraft ChatColors:
a, b, c, d, e, f, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

Seeing as this plugin is using features in the new 1.9 update, this will not work on versions older than 1.9, so don't say it doesn't. I know.
