Apply any effect to any or all players, yet they last forever!
Have you ever needed to apply an effect such as Swiftness or Glowing to all the players on your server? Perhaps only one or two? Using Always Effects, it's entirely possible!

1. Download the plugin file.
2. Drop the plugin file into the server's 'plugins' folder.
3. Reload/restart the server.
4. To verify successful installation, type /AE help.
Commands
Use either /AE or /AlwaysEffects for the base command.
/AE list [page number]
/AlwaysEffects help [page number]
/AE all set [effect name] [amplifier]
/AlwaysEffects [player name] set [effect name] [amplifier]
/AE all remove [effect name]
/AlwaysEffects [player name] remove [effect name]
Permissions
AlwaysEffects.admin ─ allows the player or permission group to use Always Effects commands.
AlwaysEffects.exempt ─ prevents player or permission group from receiving any 'all' effects. This permission has no affect on operators.

The Always Effects source code is not protected by a specific license. De-compiling and utilizing this plugin's source is not recommended, as it is protected by default copyright laws . However, the author of the plugin grants unofficial permission to do so. Even so, it must be noted that reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from this plugin is legally still copyright infringement.
