Slowchat is a plugin, where you define moments in the config to players can talk. For example, the interval between messages, is 5 seconds, the player needs to wait 5 more seconds before he can talk. The chat is bypassable if you want to add Donor features.
Commands
/slowchat [X] | X is the number of seconds that the player needs to wait.
Permission: slowchat.set
Add permission: -slowchat.unlimited [To wait]
slowchat.unlimited [To bypass]
