Information
CHIR detects hacked items, such as speed sticks or enchantments you can't get without commands, and removes them from player's inventories, and then informs a staff member, or player with the permission chir.alerts.
When items get confiscated and if you have chir.item, and chir.bypass you can type /chiritem <id> to obtain the hacked item that was removed from a player. Or if you have chir.alerts you can click the message.
Item ids can expire to save server memory.
Other things, such as hacked armor stands, or items that contain hacked items (hoppers, shulker boxes, etc.) get removed.
With hacked armor stands you'll receive a message that contains information about what the armor stand's custom name was (hologram name), and you can click the message to teleport to it.

Commands
/chiritem <id> ... gives you the item that was confiscated from a player that doesn't have the chir.bypass permission.
/chiralerts <on|off> ... You can type either /chiralerts on, or /chiralerts off if you have chir.alerts to view alerts.
Permissions
chir.alerts ... See chir alerts.
chir.item ... Be able to obtain a hacked item that was confiscated.
chir.bypass ... Be able to hold/use a hacked item without it getting removed.
I suggest giving your higher-staff all these permissions.
