Created for the GoldenCraft Europe server, this plugin adds a maximum amount of kills a player can get on a player, so they can't have hundreds of kills every day and ruin the game for the rest of the players.
You can edit the maximum amount of kills someone can have until a reset in the config, as well as the time it resets and the messages you get.
It has two modes, an mode that resets itself at the specified time every day, and an experimental one that resets the player's kill-limit after a specified time in seconds.
The config has comments with the description of the specific options, and this are the permissions:
