A small plugin what i use pretty much.
if you have a server with commands like /fallingsand you will get blocks from falling sand and nobody likes that off-course.
here is a simple plugin what will stop sand from falling and will stop command blocks with falling sand from placing blocks.

there are blocks spawning that you don't want.

there are blocks on the ground but they where there just on the shot ever that they where directly away.
also is this a nice plugin if you don't want sand to fall it will stay on the same position as you put it.
