With this simple plugin you can disable the whole use of the enchantment frosty walker or only let players use it in their own territory or wilderness. If they try to walk with this enchantment in other territory the enchant wont work (it wont generate ice).

FrostyWalker.bypass - Allow you to bypass the plugin even if you disabled it in the config.

if you turn this setting to "true" you'll disable the enchant frostywalker
