What is SpeechBubbles 3.0?
SpeechBubbles is a plugin that creates speech bubbles over a players head, with the written text in chat and some other informations and values!

The Ingame-Updater says "Failed! Please install the jar file manually from here"
Most of the times that means that the Spigot Server isnt answering.
So there are 2 reasons :
-Something is blocking the connection to spigot
-Somehow Spigot is down
The plugin isnt working, even after taking a look at the "Install" section AGAIN
