Spiral Entity
Spiral Entity is a plugin that creates a small floor decoration entity. It uses armor stands so you may have to use them in your build accordingly. Some examples are shown below.

This plugin works very similarly to the demonstration in this video, but instead of having all the work of creating the armor stands done manually, the plugin does it for you.
