Use Soartex or Misa pack + MCPATCHER
AND PLEASE DO NOT SWIM TO THE HOUSE! I have prepared some horses for you to ride to the entrance. Simply follow the gravel road!

I've come back to the PMC community to bring you guys something special. It's the revamped Luxurious Modern House! Looking at the 'modern' houses on PMC, I've seen the common trend: they all look so similar except for some very cute examples! I have been always arguing against the people who claim the modern houses are all looking the same, but I must admit that their point is starting to become right.
I never agreed that they shouldn't look similar, but the houses on PMC are rather dull. (Though I won't deny that they did take certain amounts of effort) Which is why I've once again taken my move.
Honestly I've started this project 2 years ago, hence the former name Puyol Mansion. I've taken my breaks on and off from this house, so it was never really finished. But recently I've become dedicated to finish this and hope to bring something special to the PMC community, just as it did with the first Luxurious Modern House. I hooked up with my buddy Citronizer again and after some discussion we began working on it for another week or so.
The interior is so large that even I get lost. There are just so much inside. It of course supports your survival need too. It features some giant smelting and storage as well as empty basement for you to furnish.
Now its FINALLY DONE!!
Be sure to look into the detail that I put into this mansion. It is COLOSSAL, highly refined detail.

Yes. Check it out for your self! My favourite spot is the hotspring near the beach area.
