What does this plugin:
The Plugin allows you to create FreeSigns with the ItemID,
but they look much better and are very configurable.
Das Plugin erlaubt es FreeSigns mit der ItemID zu erstellen,
allerdings sehen diese Schilder viel besser als sonst aus und sind
voll konfigurierbar.

How to install:

Download the .jar an put it in your plugins folder.

Start or reload the Spigot server.

Now maybe edit the config or just take a look into it.
-
Now you could use the ingame Command!
