This mod adds a very simple server list to your multiplayer menu. It adds a menu for vanilla minecraft as well as multiple mod packs. It displays the server list by searching a file i have online, allowing for me to add and remove servers at any time. Nothing at all is downloaded onto the user's computer to display the lists. It is a jarmod, so it requires McPatcher to install for both Forge and Vanilla.
