Commands
- /delayhit command - DelayHit command.
- //delayhit Delayset [delay in ticks] - set the delay between hits in ticks. (20 ticks = 1 second)
- /delayhit JoinMessage [true|false] - toggle messages on join.
- /delayhit reloadConfig - reload the options in the config.
