A hardcore Creative variant that has players compete to earn more blocks to build with.

/compcreative (/cc, /ccreative): Displays /compcreative help menu
/compcreative perm: Displays the permission for the block in hand
/compcreative perm <id>: Displays the permission for the block with id <id>
/compcreative perm <material>: Displays the permission for the block with material name <material>
/block: opens page 1 of the block GUI
/block <1-12>: Opens a specific page number of the Block GUI
Permissions:
- compcreative.permission: allows access to /compcreative commands
- compcreative.block.<material>: Gives a player access to a block in the Block GUI
- compcreative.creativeinv: Bypasses the Creative Inventory Block
