WHAT IS HEADCOMMAND ?
This is a plugin that allows you to have a head of a specific player in your inventory with an order.
It is simple, easy and configurable!
Work with 1.9 & 1.10 for the moment !
The plugin will come in version 1.7 & 1.8 soon.
