PandaWarps is a plugin that lets you manage warps on your server. It has a lot of options such as creating warps, deleting warps, listing warps, teleporting to warps, getting a warp's info, and many more. I have spent about 5 days on this plugin so I hope you guys will like it. If you did, please leave a good review.

AnvilGUI that is opened when you either click create or delete in the warp management GUI
