Prefix SQL
Java mod listed for Minecraft 1.7–1.10. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.

On player join, prefix and suffix will be loaded from database.
Write to database only if perform /prefix or /suffix command.
Does not make unnecessary SQL requests after the player login.
