[DragonDrop] BetterChat

Features:
- Create your permission-based ranks in the chat.
- Edit the chatformat for each rank
- Add a sound, effect, title, subtitle, actionbar message to your chat
- Split your text into parts to define the hovermessage, clicksuggestion and the text for each part

Config.yml:
Ranks: This contains your ranks... You can add/delete Ranks here.

Rank.name.permission: The permission you need to get the rank. None/default to give everybody this rank.

Rank.name.priority: This is very important. A lower priority means, that this rank will be applied instead of an other with an higher priority... An important rank should have an lower priority than an default rank...

Rank.name.chat.text.active: Should a text be displayed in the chat? true = yes, false = no

Rank.name.chat.text.parts: These are the parts of the chat. Every part has 1 hovermessage and 1 clicksuggestion... If you want to have a different hovermessage in the same line, you should add a part here.

Rank.name.chat.text.part.partname.value: The text of this part. It will be added to the other parts...

Rank.name.chat.text.part.partname.enableHover: Do you want a hovermessage while hovering on the text?

Rank.name.chat.text.part.partname.hover: The hovermessage

Rank.name.chat.text.part.partname.enableClickSuggest: Do you want a command suggestion when you click on the text?

Rank.name.chat.text.part.partname.suggest: The suggestion (without /)

Rank.name.chat.sound.type: The Soundtype (all soundtypes are here: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Sound.html).

Rank.name.chat.sound.volume: The volume of the sound (doesn't change much...)

Rank.name.chat.sound.pitch: The Soundpitch (between 0 and 2)

Rank.name.chat.effect: Here you can play an effect when a player sends a message in the chat... (Effects: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Effect.html)

Rank.name.chat.title: Here you can set a title. None to disable

Rank.name.chat.subtitle: Here you can set a subtitle. Only works with a title (if you don't want to display a title but a subtitle, set title to &4).

Rank.name.chat.actionbar: The actionbar message
