/report <Name> <Reason> Report a Player with a specifiec reason.
To see Reports, give the Permission: report.see
Users can't report Offline Players.
Here the Messages:
Report_Succes: §c§7[§4REPORT§7] §cSuccesfully reported the Player " + target.getName() + ". Thanks.
Report_Message: §7[§4REPORT§7] §c " + p.getName() + " reported " + target.getName() + " for " + args[1]
If the arguments not right, this message will be send to the player: §7[§4REPORT§7] §cUse /report <Player> <Reason>
If the Player isn't online, this message will be send: §7[§4REPORT§7] §cThis Player is not online!
